Scandic Sunnfjord Hotel & Spa had its Enviro CM 100 system for handling food waste installed back in 2006. The system is still in daily operation. The hotel has drastically cut the transportation of food waste during these years, and has reduced the amount of food waste by 78 tons annually. This means a reduction of a staggering 1,014 tons of food waste since its inception.
