Enviro CM 250

The CM250 is our flagship and most popular model. The machine handles 250 tons of food waste per year or 680 kg per day.

Feeding takes place from an external grinder in the kitchen and from there the food waste is transported by vacuum transport or free fall to the bioreactor for dewatering, before the food waste is broken down into compost. In this way, staff avoid transporting food waste to the waste room and the time and wear and tear this entails.

Volume and weight reduction will be approx. 90% and the dry matter will be storage stable.

The system is modular and can be expanded if you need to change capacity or want more grinders.

The CM250 is equipped with an electrical cabinet containing a safety relay, contactors, relays, pls, switch, motor protection, signal converter, power converter and main power switch.

The machine is secured with safety switches, emergency stop and has a touch display for operation.

Optional extras include vacuum for transportation between the grinder and bioreactor in 50 mm pipes horizontally and up to 200 m.
